McCourt is responsible for leading the development and execution of the firm's global interest rate, equity index, foreign exchange, over-the-counter (OTC) products, cryptocurrencies and alternative investment product strategies. He previously served as Senior Managing Director and Head of Global Equity and Foreign Exchange Products since February 2022. He is also a member of the Chase & Co. Venture Capital Committee and the S&P Dow Jones Indices, Inc. U.S. Advisory Group. Prior to joining Chivas as Global Head of Equity Products in 2013, McCourt worked at Royal Bank of Scotland, where he was responsible for setting up and managing Americas Index and Delta One trading accounts. Prior to that, he held senior trading positions at JPMorgan Chase's New York headquarters, accumulating 10 years of experience in the Equity Derivatives Group. McCourt holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Boston College and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
